Rebuild 3 classrooms in Cotabato

The October earthquake left long diagonal cracks across three classrooms of Datu Piang Elementary - the kind of cracks a structural engineer looks at once before condemning the rooms. Since then, 180 students have been holding classes under tarpaulin sheets strung between mango trees.

The PTA's plan is engineer-certified and itemized: demolition of the damaged walls, new reinforced columns, roofing, and paint, with parents providing demolition and hauling labor as their counterpart. The school division has signed off on the design.

Funds release in tranches against supplier invoices, each one re-verified by Sagip before payout.
